In accordance with your PolicyServer License Agreement, the following are a list of core features and capabilities of PolicyServer.

Policies

Create and manage Policies and Policy hierarchies, including creating Permissions, Application Roles, Permission Assignments, and Role Assignments.

Tenants

Create and manage a list of Tenants whereby each Tenant may have a distinct set of users to assign to Application Roles.

User Search

List users from an external source to simplify Role Assignments based on User ID.

Identity Role Search

List identity roles from an external source to simplify Role Assignments based on Identity Role.

Audit

Emit audit trail for Policy management and evaluation.

Multiple Host Deployments

Support for hosting PolicyServer components in a distributed configuration separating the Management UI, Management API and Runtime API for scale.

Allowed Domains

Allow access to policy server through a specific domains and their sub domains, e.g. policyserver.local will allow also dev.policyserver.local

Allowed Hosts

Allow access to policy server through specific hostnames (with any port). e.g. policyserver.local will not allow dev.policyserver.local but will allow policyserver.local:5000
